Dr. Williams is certified to instruct Inside/Out Coaching and Breakthrough Performance programs. She is also certified to facilitate Lominger Leaership Architect card sorts.  These programs are specifically designed to assist leaders understand how to breakthrough barriers that may be keeping them from moving forward in accomplishing key strategic goals.  Inside/Out is designed for high level performers such as executive and management staff, while Breakthrough Performance programs assist supervisors and frontline staff identify and effectively focus on personal strategies to improve performance. Lominger Leadership Architect is designed to provide competency based leadership strategies.

 

Team Coaching / Conflict Resolution

 

Identify team personality and communication styles. Provide tools and exercises that promote team empowerment, strengthen communication and create higher group productivity. *

      Leadership Development 

Personality assessment and educational training programs (see seminars/workshop topics) that can be customized as part of individual coaching program, which focuses on the development of efficient leadership skills.

      360 Organizational Performance Feedback 

Diagnostic survey system used to measure and evaluate leadership and employee performance, training, customer satisfaction and much more.  The benefits provide information that can increase proficiency throughout the organization and reduce costs.

       Layoff Consultation 

Confidentially work with HR departments to provide consultation to employees during layoff date. (4 hour minimum service per date)

     Job Description/Success Profiles

Create job success profiles utilizing a process which ensure behavioral competencies are incorporated into overall job descriptions.  Employee performance is tied to behavioral analyses that identify strengths, weaknesses and strategies for improvement.

     Behavioral Interview Guides

Development of behavioral job interview guidelines which identify more than 60 core competencies that assist interviewers in selecting candidates based on more reliable and scientifically based performance dimensions.
